FAQ
(Frequently Asked Questions)

This is a list of our most frequently asked questions. For more information about our services please contact us.

1)  I have purchased a service, but I would require additional changes. Are there any extra charge?

We are willing to complete small changes and edits for free, as long as the creation of a brand new version is not necessary. It is important to provide an accurate and detailed description for the purchase order to avoid major changes later on.

2)  What is the delivery deadline of the ordered audio?

The date of delivery varies based on the project’s type and the number of collaborates, instruments and equipment. We provide an estimated date of delivery for every order (does not includes the timeline of the revisions required by the buyer).

3)  In what format do I receive the final, approved version of the purchased content?

The approved version(s) are provided in high quality WAV and MP3 formats. Further formats are available on demand.

4)  Are the received files copyrighted?

The created contents are not copyrighted by licenses, but the buyer could license them afterwards, or we could complete the process (the fee of the licensing is charged to the buyer, unless the project fee includes it based upon the preliminary dealings). Each unique order that was created by us is protected and stored confidentially and will not be used in future projects. We could guarantee the originality and the origin of our contents upon request.

5)  Is it possible to request the resending or the modification of the final files after the delivery?

The files of every completed project are stored on our secure storage drives, to make the resending or the modification of the files possible later on.

6)  If I require an audio/musical service that is not listed on the website, could I send my purchase order?

Make sure to contact us before sending the purchase order to ascertain that we would be able to provide the necessary equipment and collaborators.
